Sing for life

Karaoke session with wen&yeen today. Initially, we planned to play bowling but i didn't know since when we forgot about the bowling and then went for movie (we still didn't make it in the end lol).

It's kinda sad because *ahem ahem* the GSC in ioi tak ada provide movie-movie yang IN punya. The recent hitz horror movies, the hole and devil, are not on that cinema YET! wtf.

One more thing that pissed me off is, erm... usually there is a popcorn stall beside the cinema to sell caramel popcorn and other food such as hotdogs, nuggets, some soft drinks etc... Ya, i was thinking wana to have a pack of nuggets but the seller said something NO or not selling that kind of things lar. Not because the seller is rude, but the menu showed the big nuggets up there and the weird thing is they didn't sell it to customers.

Then why still showing the picture???

I wonder is it the real tips for them to success in a business?? so ended up i still have popcorn, at the same time i "nao gai" also. ishhh!

Moving on, we decided to sing KAY in redbox! It was worth to sing for about 5 hours and you only have to pay ten bucks. Cheap right!!!

Have fun with wen&yeen in singing all kinds of songs. From english to chinese and cantonese. From the old one to the recent songs. Yay!

We're so high in spirit especially when we sang those pop and rocks song! All the unhappy emotions will be vented away :D

Luckily my voice still with me after 5 hours of singing. LOL. btw, watching movies is still my favorite. weeeee~~~~

hmm, i will talk about some pieces of the outing yesterday after we finished our last paper, Advertising design I, just hope that the result come out doesn't too bad >.<

Later, me and 2 classmates headed to One Utama. I am the driver! LOL
First time drive to OneU, so "ganjiong". ahem, I know this is a big laughter because I'm not living in PJ area, so i seldom go to OneU for shopping and so, I'm not familiar with the ways to there.

Thanks to my two classmates, we'd made it successfully!! BRAVO!!!

It's not a sudden "desire" to 1U, we've planned it earlier. The main objective we go there is to watch Resident Evil: Afterlife!! It's kinda late i know because of the exam T.T

I heard so many people who said this movie not nice, the effect very fake, very disgusting and so so bad comments on this movie. So, we decided not to watch it in 3D if the movie is that bad.

After we watched it, seriously, that movie is not that bad! The effect was good, nice fighting, quite scary and all the zombies are disgusting (if not enough disgusting, how to bring out the feel of T- virus zombie leh?) LOLLL

Btw, something made me starting to like 1U is there have 2 big cinemas there :) and the parking fee is ZOMG CHEAP!!! if u've only been in the mall for less than 6 hours, you only have to pay satu ringgit Malaysia. More than that only RM2. Erm, i'm not sure for weekend they are charging for the same price or not, because yesterday is friday :D

3 weeks semester break and I need to work!!! Earn money for my Sony B150 walkman!!!

Haven't decide to which colour to buy yet. HOPEFULLY i can get this before next semester start. :P

I know now is exam period. So I will upload something light and interesting as a "commercial break" during my revision. :P

I think most of you heard about The Sims right?! Hard to say no because this game is as famous and popular as Dota, Counter Strike or SPIDER SOLITAIRE. Yeah, it's true. You didn't see wrong one, don't tell me you never play or heard Spider Solitaire before when your computer was newly bought and didn't install any games in it.

I was checking the Sims 3 website just now to see any update of the games or the expansion pack. Coincidentally, i saw many funny sims screen-shots posted by the sims 3 players around the world.

This is the mysterious Mr. Gnome. He will always change his posing when you are not aware of him. Poor baby sleep on the ground.

Examisme

This is a picture-less post again.

Finished the two toughest papers, Communicative English and Introduction to Journalism. I have no idea on how my marks are given. I really hope that the markers can loosen the standard when marking my paper, especially comm eng. :P

I'm glad that i took the Introduction to Journalism paper today but not Journalism 1, i mean that i didn't have Journalism 1, this subject in my course structure. They may sounds alike, both also considered basic level of journalism, but they are totally different. I searched the past year papers of Journalism 1 (since the intro to JR is only the new subject opened solely for MC student this year, so no any pass year paper saved) and it is exceedingly difficult!!!

Before the paper started, i felt that i never prepared anything for this paper although i try my best to study. Well, you know that, journalism has a close relationship with those general knowledge, or simply anything happened around us. You can't expect the question will ask you what is the definition of drug abuse? How many people died on the car assidents in 8 July 2010? or others.... it is unpredictable. Even how many times u studied for it also useless, the scope is just too wide.

What i can do is try my best to study whatever i can study. I will feel guilty if i didn't import anything into my brain.

The next paper is Introduction to Japanese on this coming saturday. Shock-nya. This subject easy to make the one who already studied it to forget almost everything in a short period of time if you did not revise it daily or timely. I am the sample. I have been studied from chapter 1 to 3 since my first day of learning japanese in this sem. Now, when i trying to write down the vocab without seeing the textbook again, 60% gone! and for the chap 4 to 6 which i studied last week, now sudah lupa guang guang TT______TT

So i shouldn't playing fool in this 2 days time, i want to recap all the vocabs, hopefully.

Btw, i'd just installed msn plus! to my msn. Playing around with the features, scripts and colours. I like my display name, it's so rainbow-ish. LOL

I think my msn is a bit abnormal, because i cannot play the wink, cannot play with the super nudge tool (the one you can nudge people N times wan) and also my word message cannot change to other fonts because they will looked not like the font should be but CACAT!!!

Oh yeah, saw the newspaper today. The new shopping mall in bukit bintang is opened, named Fahrenheit 88. @@

I wonder why they want to name it as Fahrenheit? Somemore 88?? lapan lapan?? sounds so weird and wrong wei. Gonna find a time visit there after my exam is finished.

Being lazy or hardworking?

To keep my blog alive, here am i to update a very short update.

Fyi, i'd finished my 14 weeks for being a MC student. Semester break will be approaching soon in 2 weeks time. Today is the second last day of my study week. Oh, gosh! Left no more time to study for semester final exam :(

Progress on my study:
(i) Communicative English-
    Just started with memo writing. I'm worry about my essay writing, got very low marks for that in coursework. T_T
(ii) Intro to JR
     Gone through all the lecture notes already. Haven't prepare for the general knowledge section and news story writing.
(iii) Japanese
      The marks for this subj ain't going to affect the cgpa. Why am i so "gan jiong" for this leh?? anyway, i've studied few chapters. hehe.
(iv) Into to adv
      Boring! Whenever i wana study this subj, sure gonna fall asleep.
(v) Adv design
     The topics coverage almost same as (iv). Addition, i still have to do some research on mascot design.

Basically, that's all for this post. :)
Have to go back on my study now after break for so many hours today.

Mix feeling in a day part 2

Let's continue with the previous post. After our hi-tea session, we decided to go back Jaya One by taxi. Afraid walking again. LOL

Jia wen and hweeyeen had their light dinner, drinks only, which i didn't because i'm too full until can't eat other food. Later on, we went to PJLA to wait for the show started :)

3 cars went for yum cha, i never try that before. OMG, i felt like my life was like an adult now! Can't used to that kind of life leh, because i still like a standard four student. LOL because of my hair... ish!!!

Mix feeling in a day part 1

Went to campus yesterday at 2.30pm together with hweeyeen and jiawen. We was planning to watch the Graduation Screening Ceremony (GSC) of broadcasting year 3 students which started from 10am to 4 pm before we have our dinner in Jaya One and watch Sam's sunshine performance. Unfortunately, the GSC ceremony ended early before we reach there, that time only 3.30pm plus plus. We checked out the auditorium room was so empty and dark, no one was there.

So, in order to spend the remaining few hours, Jiawen suggested that we walk to Tropicana City Mall which only required 15 minutes walking distance. Due to my kedekut-ness, i was thinking that since the walking distance only 15 minutes, so there's no point for me to drive my car to there and then wasted my few ringgit parking fee. Therefore, i made the worst decision ever in my life. Trusted jiawen and walked.

Okay, the point is, we took more than half an hour to reach there. We went through all the residents areas in section 17, Tiara apartments and highways!!!!

The front girl is Jiawen and the one near to camera is hweeyeen's sexy back. Pity her, she was wearing high heel and walked with us! Damn "san fu" ok!!!

OMG, first time i walked beside the highway. The cars drove so fast and passed by us. The speed, the sound of the car, and the wind that blowed, really scary and dangerous. PLUS, the whole walkway only 3 of us and another two strangers who joined the walking journey to that TropicanaCM half way.

I can't denied that it actually only used 15 minutes to reach there, for guy lar. LOL. 3 of us are girls ma, so we're more slower for sure. :(

After we suffered all the hardships, finally we reach TCM!!!! Basically, we walked from PJ section 17 to Damansara. Clap for us please!!! LOL

After that, we went to a restaurant to have a small snack :) hungry already.

Ordered a cup of cappuccino and a plate of french toast. Okay, i regretted for ordering the high calories food. I was too full until didn't eat dinner that day. :(

Later, we have window shopping around the place. I was actually thinking want to buy a story book in borders. Couldn't remember the title of the book clearly, don't know ice cream girl or what. I did flip through few pages of the book and i found that it's interesting. Too bad, i didn't bring enough money so I missed the chance of bringing back home with me. :(

Fyi, i'm not that kind of people who like sport very much, i'm used to be stay at home, lay on bed or sofa and sleep!!! That's unhealthy, i know. So, we decided to have a badminton session on yesterday evening.

Together, Lina, HweeYeen, How Yuen, Jia Wen and me were joined the game.

I should be the referee for them because i'm the only one who wore bright yellow colour shirt during that day.

Tomorrow is my last day in this sem. also the date of submission for the 3D cube and its journal, which i already done in an hour ago. :)

I'm too free now. What to do? What to do? *pretend like rushing for time* Btw, tomorrow the last class for my japanese class, in which my sensei will do revision with us, and meaning that he is going to ask many many many questions again. How?? I'm still not yet prepare for it, FML.

I will back to blog after tomorrow. Gonna study for japanese now, if not tomorrow cannot answer the question have to stand. Last two week i stood for about one hour which i still didn't know that I already stood for one hour in the class!!! Hope tomorrow wouldn't happen this shameful situation again. *pray hard*
